Available Niagara Foreign Trade Zone programs have been developed to save companies working capital and unnecessary transactions and include:
- Duty relief program

The three components of this program can each be used on their own or combined to develop a solution that meets the unique needs of your business.
This program allows companies to purchase products in Canada without paying HST up front on transactions of $1000 or more if the products are going to be exported.
Exporters of Processing Services Program
This program allows businesses to import goods tax-free if those goods are foreign-owned and going to be exported within four years. Unlike foreign trade incentives in other countries, these programs are not location specific, which offers companies more geographic flexibility.
