Niagara has finally found its stride, says Caslin

Caslin outlined numerous steps the Region has taken to heat up Niagara’s economy, from $25 million in industrial and tax relief grants to create more than 1,600 new and high-paying jobs, revamping its development charges bylaw to offer generous incentives to attract new businesses and encourage existing businesses to expand, and keeping regional property tax increases to below inflation at an average of 1.47 per cent over the last four years.
