The historic Loretto Academy in Niagara Falls is the planned site of a proposed $1 billion investment by Vancouver-based 3Bridges Properties, which includes restoring the landmark and a luxury hotel and condominium residence development.

In addition to the restoration of the historic landmark, the proposed development includes three towers of 32, 42 and 57 storeys.

When completed, the development is anticipated to be an international tourist draw, and add up to 1,000 employment opportunities locally.
