New 72-storey hotel-residential building approved in Niagara Falls

The high-rise will have several unique features, including a sky bridge

A new landmark 72-storey building has been approved by Niagara Falls city council.

The mixed use building will have a number of unique features, including a sky bridge. With approximately 450 hotel rooms and about 275 residential units, the building would be the tallest in Niagara Falls. The building’s construction is anticipated to create 350-500 full-time jobs.
