It’s the last major piece of developable land in north Niagara Falls and has been on the wish list of home builders for years.
The 5.15-hectare property on Mountain Road just west of St. Paul Avenue will soon be the site of an 80-unit luxury home development being built by Kenmore Homes. And this development will also provide a bit of a boost to Habitat for Humanity Niagara, which will receive a donation of $1,000 for every home sold.
