Brock breaks ground on new $40-million student residence

New eighth residence announced by Brock

On October 28th, Brock University broke ground on a new $40 million residence building.

The building will be six storeys tall and have more than 300 single-bed rooms, a dining hall, a 24-7 service desk for students and a hub for conference and events.

The new residence is being built in a move to accommodate the university’s growth and increasing wait-list for on-campus housing and is expected to be up and running for the summer of 2021.
