Three new developments are transforming the gateway to Niagara Falls

New developments along a 1.2 km stretch on Stanley Avenue

City of Niagara Falls and tourism officials are excited about three major developments planned or near completion along a roughly 1.2-kilometre stretch of Stanley Avenue, including a 5,000-seat entertainment centre, 72-storey hotel and residential tower, and a $150 million development that includes a 30-storey apartment building with 300 units, a 12-storey hotel with 150 rooms, and a seven-storey commercial building with 50 units.
