St. Catharines welcomes the silver screen

The city of St. Catharines is the site of a film shoot in its downtown. Parts of St. Paul and James streets will transform into the early 1900s for Netflix’s “Madam C.J. Walker.”

The city projects that the film shoot will lead to upwards of $100,000 in economic benefits.
