Regional Chair Jim Bradley Delivers State of the Region

On April 3rd, at a sold out luncheon at the Scotiabank Convention Centre in Niagara Falls, Regional Chair Jim Bradley delivered the annual State of the Region.

“We should all believe that Niagara’s future is bright and has no limits”

Bradley’s message centred on teamwork as the key to the region’s success. HeĀ  praised the region for its impressive bounce back from a recession that loomed over Niagara for years and highlighted the incredible investment in industrial, commercial and residential development. Over the past three years, new building construction totalled almost $6 billion for an increase of 56 per cent. Industrial construction climbed 186 per cent and more than $1 billion was invested in new residential buildings last year alone.
