Niagara Falls is about to get a major new development on the corner of Stanley Avenue and Ferry Street. Niagara Falls City Council recently approved a $150 million development that includes a 30-storey apartment building with 300 units, a 12-storey hotel with 150 rooms, and a seven-storey commercial building with 50 units.

This development is highly anticipated for the area, generating strong interest from hotel brands, and creating opportunities for new jobs and businesses within the hotel and commercial space.

Work is anticipated to begin this year, and could be complete in as little as 18 months.
