Niagara breweries were recognized at the 2019 Canadian Brewing Awards, with two gold awards and two bronze awards.
Bench Brewing was recognized with a Gold in the French and Belgian Style Saison category for their Clean Slate brew.
The Exchange Brewery also won Gold for their Throwback: Belgian Table Beer in the Session Ale Category.
The Niagara College Teaching Brewery won two Bronze medals in the Scotch Ale and English Bitters categories.
The 17th annual CBA event had more than 2,000 entries, which was a record number of participants, from 308 breweries across Canada.
